Troy Hayes is the current President of Midland Surveying, Inc. and Midland GIS Solutions, LLC and is also an owner and Vice President of Nodaway County Abstract and Title Company. Troy manages all phases of corporate management, business development, client negotiations, project planning and management, coordination with governmental agencies, project design oversight, and business functions with the firm.
The Midland Surveying staff is comprised of some of the most experienced survey party leaders in the Midwest. Many have spent their entire careers with Midland Surveying and have at least 10 years of experience. Qualifications of our survey party chiefs and knowledgeable field crew staff include Land Surveyor-in-training (LSIT), Certified Survey Technicians (CSTs), OSHA trained and certified field staff and professional operators of Sokkia and Trimble equipment.
Midland’s Team of Computer-Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) Technicians are experts in the retrieval, compilation and assembly of survey data, while meeting all project-specific requirements for CADD deliverables and adhering to A/E/C CAD Standard formats on federal task orders. Midland’s CADD Technicians are experienced in the latest versions of CADD software from AutoDesk, Microstation, Geopak, AutoCAD, SurvCADD and Carlson Survey.
