Midland Surveying, Inc. routinely provides cadastral and boundary surveys of all sizes and complexities for state and local agencies and private land owners throughout the Midwest. Midland Surveying, Inc. has also contracted with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, to provide surveying services throughout the district and the Northwest region of the United States. Some of the projects they have awarded include cadastral and boundary surveys. In cases where we are not licensed to complete boundary surveys within a state, we subcontract work to local surveyors and administer the project, coordinating the work with USACE.
Notable Midland Surveying, Inc. projects that require extensive knowledge in the Public Land Survey System (PLSS) and expertise in establishing, referencing and re-tracing land boundaries have included the McKissick's Island boundary survey to retrace and define the Missouri/Nebraska state line, and the Missouri/Iowa boundary line investigation.
